Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. in Clayton, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with business units, drive go-to-market and recruitment strategies, and build a strong candidate pool for manufacturing roles.

You will manage requisitions, screen candidates, and develop sourcing plans while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR/recruiting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of HR experience and at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with an enterprise ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment focus on the Manufacturing business (or as assigned).
• Attract top talent and build a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and provide talent for open positions.
• Manage open job requisitions and update the ATS; achieve recruiting metrics and report accomplishments.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies for applicant tracking and reporting metrics.
• Establish true partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing activities and issues.
