Job summary

Elevations Credit Union is seeking a Manager Core Operations to lead the team maintaining the Elevations CORE banking platform and coordinate updates, patches, and ongoing maintenance with IT policy compliance.

The role partners with the CORE vendor to advise on new features and configurations, ensure connectivity to other solutions, and drive efficiency through planned changes and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years administering CORE systems inside a financial institution.
• Experience influencing business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing software related projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that performs all ongoing maintenance associated with the technology and related infrastructure associated with the CORE and CORE ancillary systems. Evaluate, schedule, and communicate all changes
• Ensure connectivity from the CORE to other technology solutions are maintained and documented.
• Implement system changes related to CORE efficiency measures as approved by the business in accordance with IT Service Management Standards including Change Control.
• Through partnership with the CORE vendor, act as key contact to advise on new features, design, and configuration to help mature and grow business services for our membership.
• Personnel management activities including performance reviews, scheduling, and making staffing recommendations to management.
