Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Core Systems Manager to lead day-to-day operations of core financial, ECM, eDocument, LOS, and related systems. You will drive data processing efficiency, identify improvements, and guide a team through daily monitoring and development to support member services.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, ensures system availability, and maintains audit-ready controls, with emphasis on reliability, accuracy, and effective change control in a member-focused credit

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of core systems (core financial, ECM, eDocument, LOS).
• Manage data processing to improve utilization, efficiency and business capabilities.
• Lead team with coaching and development for professional, friendly support.
• Coordinate system updates, testing and release management per ITIL discipline.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation and performance improvements.
• Ensure audit-ready controls and regulatory compliance.
