Job summary

Capital Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the core account processing platform and related products in a hybrid environment. You will analyze business needs, improve system functionality, and collaborate with Branch Operations, Deposit Operations, and Support Services.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, gathering requirements, coordinating system changes, and ensuring alignment with credit union policies while delivering positive member and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in business or systems analysis and operations.
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs to actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Experience working with core and related systems such as Fiserv DNA, Nautilus, Automic, tMagic, Prologue, Payments Exchange, and/or Ensenta is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for core-related systems (DNA, Nautilus, Automic, tMagic, Prologue, Payments Exchange, Ensenta).
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with branches and support services to understand workflows and identify improvements.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in projects and lead small enhancements or defined tasks.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate vendor communications to minimize disruptions and ensure security compliance.
