Job summary

Blossom seeks an experienced Project Manager to own the full lifecycle delivery of credit union core banking system conversions. You will orchestrate across credit union stakeholders, internal data conversion engineers, and third-party core vendors to achieve on-time, on-scope implementations, including cutover, data migration, GL configuration, and interface connectivity.

You will work with a disciplined project management approach and guide credit union staff through high‑impact core

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years managing core banking conversions in fintech/CUSO/vendor environments.
• Hands-on with major credit union core platforms (Symitar/Episys, Corelation KeyStone, Fiserv DNA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end core system conversions across discovery, data mapping, parallel processing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Serve as primary contact for credit union executives and operations leads, ensuring clear communication at every phase.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering data mapping, GL balancing, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate third-party interfaces (card processors, ACH, shared branching, ATM) to ensure successful go-lives.
• Coordinate data migration activities with internal teams to ensure accurate member, account, loan, and GL data transfer.
• Oversee UAT, parallel processing, data balancing, and post-go-live support, documenting lessons learned.
