Banterra Bank is seeking a Core Banking Systems Specialist to support core system operations, security, and maintenance in a hybrid work environment combining in-office and remote workdays. You will liaise between technology, operations, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and proactive management of core data and processes.

Qualifications

• Translate and present data concisely to diverse audiences.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Help ensure quality and integrity of core data and configurations.
• Support creation of new products and branches within core systems.
• Monitor and modify core system settings and parameters.
