Job summary

Itlearn360 is seeking a Financial Analyst (Contracts and Receivables) in Olympia, WA to manage accounts receivable for multiple agencies and support the Workday transition. You will develop tracking for monthly invoicing, review contracts for AR implications, and produce management reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting with required credit hours and two years of accounting experience, including complex analysis. Strong MS Office skills and GAAP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting, auditing, or budgeting.
• Two years of accounting experience, including advanced/fiscal analysis.
• Ability to research and analyze information from multiple sources.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable invoices for multiple offices.
• Develop electronic tracking for monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing.
• Review contracts to identify AR implications and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual AR reports for leadership.
• Develop reconciliation processes for AR systems and GL accounts.
• Document processes for Workday transition and compare with current AR processes.
