About the job Accounting Analyst - Hybrid

Performs accounting activities adhering to established policies and procedures. May initiate customer contact to proactively address & reconcile operational issues to resolution using knowledge of financial processes, procedures and systems. Often serves as first line of contact with internal & external resources in absence of a senior professional.

Responsibilities:

Part time (25-30 hrs./week) Accounting Specialist/Senior Accountant level person needed to aid with accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Prior Corporate Accounting experience preferred. Ability to work remotely and occasional meetings in office, when needed. Will be expected toreconcile accounts and/or research accounting transactions. Also need assistance with A/R Collections and reaching out to customers with past dues. Good personal and communications skills, comfortable with drafting emails in a professional manner.

Software experience preferred: SAP, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, able to update charts, etc)
