Waterland Blog is seeking aFiscal Analyst 2 to manage accounts receivable functions for the Finance Department. You will handle vendor/customer/student AR, post payments, and support monthly close with cross-department collaboration.

The role requires independent judgement, strong attention to detail, and experience with ERP/financial systems. Schedule may include a hybrid arrangement, with standard business hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Four years fulltime relevant professional experience in accounting, auditing, or budgeting.
• Two year degree with a focus in accounting; AND two years fulltime experience in accounting, auditing.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer accounts module; record payments and bill past due accounts.
• Submit quarterly customer accounts bills for tuition and other charges.
• Process write-offs for bankruptcy and other debt cancellations as authorized by supervisor.
• Maintain billing and collection processes and recommend improvements.
• Perform collection duties for customer and student accounts; liaise with collection agency.
