Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through strategic identification, qualification, and closure of new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain new client relationships that contribute to sustainable business growth and market expansion.
• Oversee and lead all project phases from planning and estimating through execution and closeout.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and tracking change orders to ensure profitability.
