Job summary

EXP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Site Civil and land development projects across the United States. You will coordinate with clients, design teams and agencies, ensuring timely delivery and compliance while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires PE licensure, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership. Hybrid work is available, with responsibilities spanning planning, design, and project execution for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of land development project experience (retail, industrial, data centers, multifamily).
• Licensed Professional Engineer in state of residence.
• Strong leadership, innovation and client service record.
• Experience in entitlement processes incl. rezoning and PUDs.
• Ability to learn new municipal codes quickly.
• Understanding of business/financial principles in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design and engineering analysis from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and design leaders across time zones.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff.
• Provide technical reviews of design calculations and modeling outputs.
• Represent the organization in professional societies and community events.
