Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with traffic emphasis.
• 7–10+ years of experience in traffic engineering projects.
• 5+ years leading and managing traffic projects.
• Proven ability to manage workload and balance multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of public sector transportation/traffic procurement.
• Ability to lead proposal development and form partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with state DOTs and local agencies; multi-project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of traffic projects across Minnesota.
• Assist traffic projects in the Midwest region with technical expertise.
• Grow the Traffic team via client engagement and strategic partnerships.
• Identify opportunities and lead pursuits, prepare proposals, and develop staff.
