Job summary

Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR) seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves procuring services, coordinating vendors, and engaging clients within a growing program.

The PM will monitor budgets, schedules, and risks while ensuring policy compliance across projects. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in PM or related fields, a relevant engineering/architecture/construction degree, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera; BIM

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4–8 years building, design and construction experience in PM, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction.
• Experience with Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant preferred; cost estimating desirable.

Responsibilities

• Procure services for construction and vendor needs for project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for contractual compliance.
• Coordinate client engagement within the program and facilitate decision making.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and project risks; facilitate issue resolution.
• Ensure implementation of PMR policies and procedures on projects.
• Interact with management and staff across levels.
