LVI Associates in Twin Cities, MN is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth by strengthening client relationships and pursuing new opportunities across the Midwest. This hybrid role collaborates with senior leaders, engineers, and marketing to convert relationships into sustainable project work.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BD within AEC or professional services, a track record of opportunity identification, and the ability to travel regionally to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in BD, client development, sales, marketing, or relationship management in AEC or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
• Existing relationships in the Minnesota/Upper Midwest AEC market would be highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BD strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, owners, and other industry partners.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and marketing on proposals and qualifications packages.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurately track opportunities within the CRM.
• Represent the firm at conferences, industry associations, and client meetings.
