Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This hybrid role involves ownership of multiple construction projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, and national QSR brands. Travel to project sites nationwide is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects across locations.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
• Act as PM or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, change orders and costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Report progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
