Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This is not a single-site role; you will oversee multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, convenience stores, and national QSR brands. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and a path toward Senior Construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative as required.
Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Prepare project reports and present progress to senior leadership.
