Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the confidence to learn a new ERP system quickly.

Aufgaben

• Manage brand & label registrations - submit, track, and organize Certificates of Label Approval (COLAs) and state brand registrations, and stay ahead of renewal deadlines.
• Onboard new suppliers - guide them through registration and make sure compliance is complete before inventory arrives.
• Own the accounts payable process - code and enter invoices, match purchase orders, run weekly checks, ACH, and wire payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
• Keep our data clean - maintain and update compliance and accounting systems so the numbers and records can be trusted.
• Audit and report - run regular audits, catch inaccuracies, and prepare reports that keep the team and management informed.
• Improve how we work - follow the processes that keep us sharp and help build the new ones we need as we grow.
