Job summary

Specialty Beverage, a beverage distributor, seeks an Accounting Support Specialist (Part-Time) in Sandston, VA to join the Finance team. The role handles AP processing, vendor communications, and month-end tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position is approximately 25 hours per week, on-site at 5401 Eubank Rd, Sandston. Starting pay is $18.50–$21.50 per hour; ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years accounting or AP experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoices and payments.
• Support supplier accounts receivable activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with AP processing and maintain records.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
