Job summary

Specialty Beverage is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist (Part-Time) to provide administrative and operational support to the Accounting Department. The role involves handling accounts payable, vendor communications, and cross-training on key processes in a fast-paced environment.

The position averages about 25 hours per week and includes benefits such as health insurance and a 401K. We value accuracy, organization, and teamwork in delivering superior service to our suppliers and customers

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and account issues.
• Support supplier accounts receivable activities, including reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and related accounting functions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities as assigned.
• Compile reports and assist with special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
