The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, ERP system know-how, and strong Excel, communication, and detail orientation to drive timely payments and close processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and high-volume invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process from invoice receipt through payment processing.
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Process weekly ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and account inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and approval workflows.
• Support annual audit requests and provide AP-related documentation.
