Job summary

You will support the Accounting Manager and branch teams, contributing to accurate financial records and efficient month-end close.

The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with invoice processing and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook; ability to handle confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices through Ramp and NetSuite, ensuring accurate recording and approvals.
• Code invoices to GL accounts, location, and department with supervisor support.
• Maintain AP inbox, follow up on documentation and vendor questions.
• Prepare vendor ACH and check payment batches for review and approval.
• Reconcile vendor statements and open invoices, investigating discrepancies.
