Qualifications

• 1 year+ minimum in role with similar skills/responsibilities and background/industry

• Good understanding of multiple product/service features
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wider range of customer inquiries about RASi’s services and the role of a registered agent.
• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
• Efficiently manage the annual report submission process based on RASi’s proprietary database and worksite.
• Efficiently manage the follow-up of Reporting issues, including obtaining required client data, signatures, and supporting documents.
• Efficiently manage the onboarding of Annual Report Services clients.
• Responsible for effectively communicating with other RASi teams regarding delays, issues, or other blocks in the compliance process.
• Document and elevate unresolved issues as needed.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
