Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for Corporate, Sr. Registered Agent Services. The role focuses on high-value client interaction, complex onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize product value.

You will train customers, manage filings and certificates, and explore renewal opportunities in a nationwide hybrid setup with periodic in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in corporate/registered agent industry or in-house legal/CPA experience.
• Experience with corporate document retrievals and filing requirements.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to RASi corporate teams and other departments.
• Communicate with clients regarding corporate services and filings.
• Manage onboarding processes for large or high-profile customers.
• Respond to client and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Oversee order processing from inquiry to invoicing and follow up.
• Prepare, review, and file documents including articles of incorporation and annual reports.
• Obtain certificates of status and conduct name availability searches.
• Process apostilles and conduct document authentications.
