Hybrid work model with periodic in-office days, typical CST hours, and a focus on accuracy, timely responses, and high-volume workflow management. Previous experience in a similar service/regulated setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wider range of customer inquiries about RASi's services and the role of a registered agent.
• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints.
• Efficiently manage the annual report submission process based on RASi’s proprietary database and worksite.
• Efficiently manage the follow-up of Reporting issues, including obtaining required client data, signatures, and supporting documents.
• Efficiently manage the onboarding of Annual Report Services clients.
• Communicate with other RASi teams regarding delays, issues, or blockers in the compliance process.
• Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
