Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for Corporate, Sr. Registered Agent Services, with hybrid nationwide scheduling.

The role focuses on managing complex client onboarding, executing corporate filings, and providing advanced CRM-driven support to high-profile customers. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in corporate services or related fields, strong communication, and thorough knowledge of federal and state filing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of corporate services/registered agent industry experience or in-house legal/CPA background.
• 50-state filing knowledge for incorporations, formations, registrations, amendments, annual reports, etc.
• Familiarity with 50-state mergers, conversions, re-domestications, tax clearances, and address changes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and collaborate with RCC/RA teams and other departments.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding corporate services.
• Manage onboarding processes for large or high-profile customers.
• Respond to client, affiliate, and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Oversee the order process from inquiry to processing and invoicing.
• Prepare, review, and file corporate documents (articles, amendments, DBA, reports, mergers).
• Obtain status certificates from Secretary of State and Department of Revenue.
• Process apostilles and document authentications.
• Be the main contact for high-priority customers.
• Educate clients on additional services (ARS, FEIN, corporate kits, licenses).
• Assist with online accounts and tailored training sessions.
