Job summary

WTW is seeking a Compensation Analyst in a hybrid role based near Dallas, TX. You will work with leading consultants on compensation frameworks, incentive plan design, and data-driven insights.

The role offers exposure to client engagements, market benchmarking, and the development of solutions that align rewards with business strategy. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Excel and MS Office, and familiarity with GenAI tools to boost

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-oriented field with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and client service skills demonstrated through internships or part-time work.
• Interest in Careers and Compensation, evidenced by coursework or projects.
• Excellent problem solving, independent work ethic and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design work and rewards programs with consultants and clients to attract and retain talent.
• Provide market pay benchmarking and strategic insights with Data & Analytics.
• Analyze and compare rewards designs using WTW data and tools.
• Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses.
• Develop and calibrate executive and broad-based incentive plan designs.
• Draft reports and exhibits presenting analyses to clients.
• Conduct industry and financial research and participate in client meetings.
• Support sales and business development through proposals.
