Job summary

WTW is seeking an Early Careers Compensation Analyst in a hybrid Atlanta role. You will work with leading consultants on compensation and career frameworks, performing benchmarking analyses and developing pay-design insights for clients.

The position emphasizes data-driven recommendations, effective client communication, and collaboration with the Data & Analytics team. A strong foundation in Excel and GenAI tools supports your work.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-oriented field with GPA 3.0+.
• Internships or part-time roles showing quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Interest in Careers and Compensation demonstrated through coursework or research.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and client-focused solutions.
• Self-starter who can also collaborate in a close team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel.
• Familiar with GenAI platforms to boost productivity.
• Hybrid Atlanta-based role; US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Graduation between May 2026 and June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to provide market pay benchmarking and insights.
• Analyze and model pay structures; assess design alternatives for outcomes.
• Draft reports and exhibits presenting analytical work to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and support business development efforts.
• Develop understanding of solutions and AI platforms shaping the industry.
