Job summary

Business Centric Technology's Dallas, TX client seeks a Sr. Compensation Analyst to develop and maintain compensation programs, ensuring employees are paid competitively, fairly, and equitably. This contract-to-hire role combines 3 days onsite with 2 days remote work.

You will collaborate with the Compensation Manager, prepare materials for compensation presentations, model data, analyze salary surveys, evaluate jobs, and ensure FLSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis/design.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform independent, in-depth analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for the compensation area in collaboration with the Compensation Manager.
• Prepare materials for presentations on compensation initiatives.
• Develop, revise, and document processes for compensation-related programs.
• Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of base pay programs.
• Coordinate participation and analysis of salary surveys (general and industry-specific).
• Develop job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and recommend levels for existing, new, or restructured roles.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with FLSA regulations.
