S&B Engineers and Constructors is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst in Houston, TX. You will analyze compensation data, develop reports, and support the design and implementation of compensation programs.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong analytical skills. You will work in a collaborative environment with hybrid work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and power query.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to benchmark company positions.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in job evaluations and the development of job descriptions to ensure accurate classification and alignment with compensation structures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
• Provide support in the administration of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity awards.
• Collaborate with HR and management to communicate compensation policies and procedures effectively.
