Formación

• Experience in compensation analysis or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA regulations and overtime rules.
• Experience with pay equity studies and benchmarking.
• Understanding of union compensation structures and pay compression.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret complex compensation data and present recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently on a short-term assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Review exemptions, overtime eligibility, and earnings for compliance.
• Analyze union vs management pay and overtime impact.
• Conduct FLSA classification testing for positions.
• Review contractor populations for conversions and workforce considerations.
• Perform pay equity assessment within salary bands and identify disparities.
• Prepare findings and recommendations for HR and leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to gather compensation data.
