Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end compensation reports for Senior Executive Committee.
• Assist in Senior Executive Committee materials and data accuracy.
• Create and analyze compensation analytics and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage market pricing data uploads and survey submissions.
• Lead compensation projects and support Pay-Equity analyses.
