Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a contract role in Waltham, MA, with hybrid work (4 days onsite, Fridays remote). The position is a temporary contract through March 2027, offering $32–$41 per hour. Start ASAP, with Workday and Excel proficiency key to success.

You will support merit increases, bonus administration, and compensation analysis in a fast-paced People Operations environment, and you’ll work closely with teams on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in compensation analysis or related HR/Total Rewards.
• Experience with merit increases and bonus cycles preferred.
• Proficient in Workday, Excel, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual merit increase process, including data review, tracking, and administration.
• Assist with annual bonus calculations, reporting, and administration.
• Utilize Workday to maintain, review, and analyze compensation information.
• Prepare compensation reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses for business decisions.
• Review and audit compensation data for accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Compensation and People Operations on annual compensation initiatives.
• Track deadlines and deliverables throughout the annual compensation cycle.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for compensation-related projects.
