Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in human services and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Direct care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Direct Support Professionals and Employment Specialists.
• Interviews, hires, and trains staff; plans, assigns, and directs work.
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws; addresses issues and performance.
