Job summary

Partners in Care Foundation seeks a Program Director, Community Supports – Private Duty to provide strategic and operational leadership across Medi-Cal Community Supports, including Respite, Personal Care, and Homemaker Services.

You will oversee provider networks, health plan relationships, quality and compliance, and financial performance, driving growth while ensuring person-centered service delivery for complex communities in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or HCBS.
• Experience managing complex programs, contracts, or provider networks.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal, CalAIM, and related programs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Private Duty Services.
• Develop and implement operational plans and performance initiatives.
• Monitor service delivery, utilization, and performance metrics.
• Oversee provider networks and health plan relationships.
