Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Director to oversee multiple IDD services programs in a mission-driven environment. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure quality services, and support staff in a compassionate, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• State requirements or regulations may apply; licensure/certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 1-4 programs including direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, safety, and maintenance.
• Oversee program staff performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure it is engaging and relevant to individuals served.
• Provide on-call support to staff as needed.
