The role requires coordinating with the Director of Community Services, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and managing a diverse caseload in a flexible environment that serves adults and minors with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in human services and 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience providing direct care service is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Direct Support Professionals and Employment Specialists assigned to the caseload.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline staff.
• Ensure Person-Centered Plans and medications plans are up-to-date and reflect each individual.
• Maintain health, well-being, and safety of individuals; document incidents and reporting as needed.
• Provide management for employees; conduct regular supervisory meetings and staff training.
• Ensure proper documentation, budgeting, and records for the program.
