EJF Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a Community Association Manager in the DC area. You will advise condo Boards and manage operations, finances, and strategic initiatives across a portfolio of communities.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to balance client service with long‑term asset stewardship. A collaborative team supports you in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing condominium residential communities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of association governance, bylaws, and relevant laws.
• Experience across multiple communities in a high growth environment.
• Proficiency with property management platforms and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Associations; build relationships with Boards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations per governing documents and laws.
• Manage vendor performance; negotiate contracts; ensure quality service.
• Attend board meetings; prepare materials; provide timely recommendations.
• Lead on budgeting, financial reporting, and reserve planning.
