Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to supervise property operations and oversee community assets. You will partner with HOAMCO to ensure boards, residents, and vendors are aligned with policies and goals.

You will lead governance activities, manage budgets, and maintain records across multiple communities while delivering high-quality resident services and strong communication.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred or other management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Maintain and organize community records, deeds, contracts, and annual reports.
• Attend and facilitate Association meetings; coordinate board directives and vendor contracts.
• Negotiate service contracts and obtain bids; ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Ensure CC&Rs, design guidelines, insurance, and risk management compliance.
• Support budgeting, operating and reserve budgets; review monthly financial packages.
