ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to supervise multiple community associations, conduct inspections, and ensure property maintenance in line with policies.

You will manage vendor contracts, budget preparation, and monthly financial reporting, while coordinating with boards, homeowners, and committees. Flexibility for some remote work is available along with occasional evenings or events to support the associations.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CAM license required.
• Experience coordinating budgets, contracts and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with boards and homeowners.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of multiple community associations per agreements.
• Liaise with Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Perform administrative and management duties per agreements.
• Develop and use management tools: calendars, action items, budgets.
• Review monthly financials and report to the Board.
• Conduct CC&Rs inspections and enforce notices.
• Advise on major capital expenditures to maintain appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency and collections processes.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
• Prepare Board packages within set timeframes.
