Qualifications

• Experience managing HOA/Condominium communities.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Proven vendor negotiation and contract oversight.
• Excellent communication with boards, residents, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports.
• Negotiate with contractors and oversee property maintenance.
• Advise Boards of Directors and respond to homeowner inquiries.
• Coordinate services like landscaping, snow removal, and repairs.
• Lead meetings, site inspections, and vendor management.
• Support community amenities and regulatory compliance.
