Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Commercial Credit Operations Manager to oversee wholesale funding, loan booking and floorplan controls. This individual‑contributor role acts as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point, driving improvements across the commercial portfolio.

Ideal candidates typically bring 5–7 years in commercial lending, a bachelor’s in business or finance, and knowledge of floorplan, real estate, construction, and revolving lines of credit.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience in commercial lending, wholesale automotive finance, or loan operations.
• Experience as an operational resource, work lead, or escalation point preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of commercial credit products including floorplan, real estate, construction, capital, and revolving lines of credit.
• Working knowledge of commercial credit systems and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wholesale funding, loan booking, and floorplan controls.
• Provide escalation support and resolve complex operational issues with dealers and partners.
• Monitor service levels, controls, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting to reconcile wire activity and daily funding operations.
• Support quarterly audits, process documentation, and control improvements.
