Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Credit Underwriting and Commercial business operations.
• 5 years management experience leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with the business to drive large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and champions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and measure performance and accountability.
• Comfortable navigating changes and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Forward thinking with the ability to work under pressure and organize complex information.
• Strong leadership to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underwriting of commercial requests for existing customers and annual reviews.
• Manage portfolio servicing activities including credit lines adjustments and payoffs.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and operations to ensure compliance.
• Lead risk management strategy and new risk framework.
• Build out risk watch meetings for high-risk dealerships.
• Drive sales engagement around commercial risk management.
• Develop and implement commercial Credit strategic initiatives and Data initiatives.
• Develop DRM workflow in Salesforce to drive dealer risk actions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Risk to update department policies and processes.
