This role supports the Director and serves as a subject‑matter expert, resolving complex issues and driving process improvements across the commercial portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in commercial lending or loan operations, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or related field.
• Experience with floorplan, funding, and syndication processes.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale funding operations and verify activity.
• Review loan administration and floorplan controls.
• Administer syndication portfolio and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with KSOX controls and audits.
• Provide guidance to funding team on complex transactions.
