This individual-contributor role requires strong knowledge of commercial credit processes and the ability to resolve complex operational issues across departments.

The position emphasizes process improvement, risk controls, and collaboration with Treasury, Accounting, and Credit teams within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in commercial lending or loan operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Knowledge of floorplan, real estate, construction, capital, and revolving line of credit products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan workflow systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wholesale funding operations and floorplan audits.
• Review and process OEM, auction, and dealer-direct flooring requests.
• Validate funding activity and resolve discrepancies with partners.
• Provide technical guidance on nonstandard transactions.
• Administer loan bookings, real estate and construction loans.
• Monitor insurance status, records retention, and compliance.
• Analyze syndication portfolio and reconcile daily activity.
• Perform KSOX controls and support audits.
