Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Manager of Commercial Credit Portfolio Management to lead a team of Credit Analysts, oversee daily servicing, and manage risk for an assigned Commercial Credit portfolio. You will handle annual reviews and renewals and coordinate with Field Sales and Directors to resolve underwriting issues.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of financial statement and dealer credit analysis experience, supervisory exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience in financial statements and dealer credit analysis.
• 0-2 years supervisory or leading large projects.
• Exposure to the automotive business environment is highly recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
• Proven commercial credit and risk identification/mitigation skills in analytically challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Credit Analysts and manage daily servicing and underwriting for an assigned portfolio.
• Maintain annual reviews and renewals, and oversee ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Regional Operations Managers and Directors to resolve underwriting issues.
• Authorize lending decisions up to $15M for floorplan financing and up to $1M for working capital loans where applicable.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive performance and professional growth.
