Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a collections position.
• Equivalency of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle collection accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism
• Complete collection calls to meet performance standards
• Meet and strive to exceed prescribed performance metrics
• Confirm and/or negotiate payment arrangements
• Research account discrepancies
• Maintain objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses
• Stay informed of policy changes
• Maintain confidentiality
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leader
• Recommend solutions for unique collection cases
