Qualifications

• 1 year of Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration to meet service levels.
• Analytical problem solving and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior use of SalesForce, Unified Desktop, LeaseWave.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and process refunds and adjustments.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts including calls, adjustments, write-offs, reconciliations, and credit memos.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, Canon entities, and associates.
• Escalate issues as needed and ensure timely resolution.
• Resolve delinquency prior to 90 days and reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Handle disputes such as taxes and insurance in a timely fashion.
• Maintain case management and update account databases.
