Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Customer Communications Representative I in Burlington, NJ. You will handle first-line service calls, enter information into company systems, and deliver responsive help to internal and external customers.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and the ability to work varying shifts. Training and MS Office familiarity are valued as you support dispatch and inquiries.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong attention to detail; organized and able to multitask.
• Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team for service.
• Responds to routine customer inquiries via live call or Email as needed.
• Provides follow through on any special customer needs in a timely manner.
