Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Customer Communications Representative I in Burlington, NJ. This full-time, hybrid role handles level 1 calls, enters service requests, and delivers excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility to work various shifts. The hourly rate ranges from $17.20 to $21.84.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organized and able to multitask.
• Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period.
• Must be able to work wide variety of work shift/schedules with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to customers calling the dispatch team for service.
• Responds to routine customer inquiries via live call or Email as needed.
• Provides follow through on any special customer needs in a timely manner.
