Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre- and post-care processes and patient coordination.
• Obtain and review patient demographics, insurance information, and referrals.
• Review clinical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Answer and triage department calls; document messages.
• Greet visitors and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with clinical operations to align schedules and workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
